Affogato

Ingredients

• 1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream

• 1 shot hot espresso (Top Quality Espresso crafted by Xula Mexican Coffee)

• Chocolate shavings or cocoa (optional)

Instructions

1. Place the ice cream in a small glass or cup.

2. Brew a shot of Top Quality Espresso crafted by Xula Mexican Coffee.

3. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.

4. Add chocolate shavings or cocoa if desired.
